Treatment Approach
Mental health therapy is a collaborative process. Treatment will be tailored for your particular goals. I draw from motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral practices. I believe that an understanding of the dynamics in your childhood and formative relationships is valuable in forming a more comprehensive understanding of the self and in turn increasing likelihood for lasting change. I believe that caring for the body and being up to date on visits with your primary care provider is also key in identifying any medical concerns that may be contributing to the way you have been feeling.
Training and Experience
I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University and a Bachelor's Degree in French from Wellesley College. I am a licensed provider in the State of NH. My early training was at Southern NH Services and the Concord Hospital Family Health Center. I began working for the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester in 2014. I received the President's Circle Award at the center in 2017. In October 2023, I opened my private practice and have been working there full-time since December 2024.

I'm engaged in the fellowship in Couple Therapy at the Psychodynamic Couple and Family Institute of New England (PCFINE). To learn more about their teaching philosophy you can visit their website:

Perinatal care is one of my passions. I completed a 3-day intensive training through Postpartum Support International and took a certification exam to deepen my knowledge to support individuals navigating pregnancy, the postpartum journey, and pregnancy loss.

I am a member of Postpartum Support International and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional.

Fees
Insurance:
I am an in-network provider for Cigna, United Behavioral Health, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Anthem, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you call the customer service line on your insurance card, they can walk you through the Behavioral Health coverage from your plan.

Along with my billing team, I do my best to obtain accurate information about your insurance policy and help you navigate its complexities, based on what information is available to us. But ultimately, it is the subscriber’s responsibility to know what is covered by your specific insurance policy.
If you would like to use your out of network benefits, I can give you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

If you are not using one of the insurance companies where I am in-network, the cost for the initial evaluation is $180. Each 60-min therapy session following is $160 for individual therapy or $180 for couples.
