Perinatal Care

The period from conception through the first year after birth is a delicate time for pregnant individuals and their partners. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are treatable. Enlisting the support of a mental health provider when family planning and during pregnancy, when adjusting to early parenthood, or when coping with pregnancy loss or fertility issues can have a significant impact on health outcomes.
