I'm passionate about working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, mania, and perinatal mental health concerns. Engaging in therapy can be particularly meaningful when experiencing interpersonal conflicts and going through major life events: such as the onset of a mood disorder, preparing for life after high school and college, moving to a new community, adjusting to early parenthood, or coping with pregnancy loss.

Mental health is shaped by a network of factors. Our relationships, biology, and self-construct, along with our present life circumstances, community, and any intergenerational trauma are just some of the considerations. I invite you to my office to develop a deeper understanding of the factors that are most impacting your wellness. In exploring your pain points, we will find avenues where movement can be made. I'm here to help you through.

I offer counseling sessions in my Portsmouth office and via telehealth. I encourage you to visit me in office, as even the act of traveling to the session can be therapeutic when feeling stuck.

If you are experiencing factors that would make it challenging to meet in my office (any mobility concerns, transportation issues, or are unable to arrange for childcare), I also offer telehealth services. I use a HIPAA compliant platform for those video sessions.
